3.Majin Buu(Evil) - He can absorbed any of his enemy he has Brutal Power and has a great strategy he can regen without costing ki.

4.Super Android 17 - he can beat SSJ4 of Goku and absorbing energy.

5.Broly - He is the legendary super saiyan

6.Baby Vegeta - he can beat super saiyan 3 and almost match up with Super Saiyan 4.
